My name is Tara

I'm the founder of Timeless Virtual Assistance and am passionate about helping people get back what they value most: their time.

 

I'm a graduate of Arizona State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Tourism Development & Management with over a decade of administrative experience, and 9 years most specifically as a Virtual Personal and Executive Assistant. I started out as a VA in 2014 with a company called Zirtual, and have been working independently since 2015. I live in Arizona with my beautiful son and sweet rescue dog, Poppy.

 

Some random facts about me:

  1. I've been a drummer since I was 7 years old

  2. I'm an Enneagram 9

  3. The Arizona Cardinals are my favorite NFL Team

  4. I lived in Australia for a year after high school

  5. Don't blame me, but I am a huge Swiftie. In my wildest dreams, I would be enchanted to meet her

  6. I LOVE dogs

  7. I'm an Arizona native

  8. My favorite movies are You've Got Mail & The Holiday

  9. I'm in a local Vespa club

  10. Seeing pain, poverty and injustice breaks my heart

  11. Lending a helping hand to those in need brings me joy

My name is Cassie

I'm passionate about helping people! Let me take care of the administrative tasks so that you can focus on the jobs that only you can do!

I graduated from Mesa Community College with a certificate in Small Business Management. I own and run a local cottage bakery with my sister, Floured Cupcakes. In my professional life, I have experience in many different industries including administrative, retail, non-profit, event planning, and production. My most recent work was with an international humanitarian organization. I'm excited to be a part of the Timeless team!

Some random facts about me:

  1. I'm an Arizona native. I currently live in downtown Mesa with my rescue dog, Molly

  2. Coffee is a necessity in my daily life and I love going to local coffee shops

  3. I love animals, but dogs are my favorite! 

  4. I am an Enneagram 2 and a Meyers-Briggs INFJ

  5. The Phoenix Suns are the only sports team I follow. I was raised a fan - My mom took me to the parade in '93 when the Suns won the Western Conference

  6. I adore being an aunt to my niece and nephew - they call me Titi! 

  7. My music tastes are very diverse, but my playlists usually include a lot of Broadway Musicals and 90's pop

  8. There are always Peanut Butter M&Ms in my kitchen

  9. My favorite movies are Pride & Prejudice and The Holiday 

  10. I'm an avid reader and I am usually reading more than 1 book at a time

  11. I care deeply about seeking justice and ways to help the marginalized and oppressed
